Our Story
Hi I'm Giles
Chief Right-Turner at Right Turn Tribes.
I work on one simple principle: "How can I help you?"
My passion is to help individuals, leaders, teams and communities navigate important choice points and make intentional 'right turns’ towards character strengths, evolved cultures, strategic capability and connected communities.
With over 20 years of experience in guiding strategy, transformation and change across a diverse portfolio, I bring a unique blend of skills to help organisations, leaders and teams grow strategic capability, adapt to change and develop positive and high performing cultures by design.
I also help individuals grow personally and professionally. By leaning into the power of character, positive human connections and supportive communities - I empower people to be 'right-turners' in their own work and lives.
My drive to help people grow and thrive has origins in my personal story of joy and adversity - including fighting blood cancer, living well with leukaemia and being a Dad to a beautiful child with autism.
