Our Story
Hi I'm Giles - the Lead Wayfinder and Chief Right-Turner at Right Turn Tribes.
My passion is to help individuals, leaders, teams and communities navigate important choice points and make intentional 'right turns’ towards strategic clarity, evolved cultures, character strengths and connected communities.
With over 20 years of experience in guiding strategy, transformation and change across a diverse portfolio, I bring a unique blend of skills to help organisations grow strategic capability, adapt to change and develop positive and high performing cultures by design.
Working at the intersection of strategy, culture, character and community have been the foundations to sustained professional purpose, impact and fulfilment.
I also help individuals grow personally and professionally by leaning into the power of character strengths, creating positive human connections and supportive communities. Empowering people to be wayfinders in their own work and lives.
This passion to help people thrive has origins in my personal story overcoming life's adversities - like living well with leukaemia.
