The Charametrics assessment tool is used to assess the character strengths of people. This can be used to gain an understanding of how their unique character strengths contribute personal growth, team culture or a job role.
Once the assessment is done, a qualified Character and Culture Practitioner will unpack it with you and develop a growth plan.
